The 4th Infantry Brigade headquarters is at the National Guard Armory, 1801 Holtzclaw Avenue in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The 4th Infantry Brigade is comprised of a Brigade Headquarters, located in Chattanooga, and four line battalions: the 401st Infantry Battalion in Chattanooga, the 402nd Military Police Battalion in Cleveland, the 403rd Infantry Battalion in McMinnville, and the 404th Infantry Battalion in Winchester.

The members of the 4th Infantry Brigade are committed to maintaining a stance of readiness to accomplish all parts of the TNSG's Primary and Additional Missions should the need arise. This readiness is accomplished through training, education, and the dedication of the members of the 4th Infantry Brigade.
